Holistic Servant Leadership Development Strategy

In developing holistic servant leaders, LPAC engages children, youth, and adults in our 10-step Personal Development process that leads to strong, independent, articulate leadership who legitimately represent and are accountable to their families and communities.

#1 Outreach: We inform community members and institutions of our services, and the steps for children, youth, and adults to become participants.
#2 Intake: We meet with children, youth, and adults to sign them as members of our ministries (or programs).
#3 Assessment:  We meet with children, youth, and adults to determine their needs and arrive at a plan to address their needs.
#4 Personal Development Plan: We help children, youth, and adults develop their  personal Holistic Servant Leadership plans, based on their  plans.
#5 Contract: We establish a formal agreement with children, youth, and adults to participate  in our programs and services, and  implement their personal plans.
#6 Personal Development: We engage children, youth, and adults in general, active, and holistic level activities.
#7 Leadership Development: We engage children, youth, and adults in decision-making and advisory  roles within and outside of the organization.
#8 Ministry Development: We provide concrete opportunities for children, youth, and adults to serve and teach their peers and younger individuals.
#9 Monitoring: We meet regularly with children, youth, and adults  to determine their growth and future participation.
#10 Evaluation/Post-Assessment: We assess the impact of the children, youth, and adults, and provide guidance for their future plans and endeavors.

Ultimately, these children, youth, and adults:

ª  Identify and use their gifts and knowledge toward their personal development plans;

ª  Employ their gifts and knowledge for the common good; and

ª  Teach their knowledge and skills to others in a systematic way.
