Holistic Ministry Development Strategy

In developing holistic ministries, LPAC engages institutions in our 10-step Ministry Development process that leads to solid organizational infrastructures and strong community ministries or programs.

#1 Outreach: We inform community institutions of our services, and the steps to become our ministry partner.
#2 Intake: We meet with institutions to sign them up as partners in a capacity building project or our Association of Holistic Ministries.
#3 Contract: We establish a partnership with institutionsthrough a formal agreement w/terms and conditions.
#4 Assessment: We engage partners in self-assessment to identify their assets and needs.
#5 Ministry Development Plan: We help partners develop their Personal Capacity Building plans, based on their institutional needs.
#6 PersonalDevelopment: We provide ongoing leadership development and capacity building services to our partners.
#7 Leadership Development: We engage partners in decision-making and advisory roles  through partnerships and collaborations.
#8 Ministry Development: We provide concrete opportunities for partners to serve and teach other faith-based and community-based organizations.
#9 Monitoring: We provide ongoing support to ensure partners carry out  their personalized plans.
#10 Evaluation/Post-Assessment: We assess the impact of our partners, and provide guidance for their future plans and endeavors.

Ultimately, these institutions:

ª  Align their structure & programs with their principles & leadership development approach;

ª  Develop children, youth, and adults at a healthy, organic pace; and

ª  Teach their institutional principles to other organizations in a systematic way.
