Our Holistic Ministries
We operate community-based, citywide, national, and international ministries, while serving as a model of holistic ministry for urban leaders in the US and around the world.
Through our ministries, we aim to:

Through their active participation, children, youth, and adults become partners in shifting the community's paradigm to personal and social responsibility. In the process, they grow to be:

As Holistic Servant Leaders, our participating chilren, youth, and adults become strong, independent, articulate leadership who legitimately represent and are accountable to their families and communities. As a result, they are able to:

70-80% of our participants will increase their participation in group activities, increase their engagement in pro-social activities, increase their weekly reading, increase their engagement in academic activities, increase their participation in recreational and arts activities, improve their family relation, increase their community involvement, and increase motivation to seek and give peer support & guidance. |
50-60% will increase their engagement in group-sponsored activities, reduce their incidence of violent behavior, improved their performance in standardized reading tests, improve their school performance, have high involvement in organized physical fitness and arts, develop family plans, have high involvement in community service & volunteering, and have strong mentor-mentee relationships. |
20-30% will be Holistic Servant Leaders who legitimately represent and are accountable to their families and communities, as evidenced by being effective leaders with strong character, peace makers, literate (effective communicators), successful in school and/and their job, physically fit and arts-oriented, engaged in their family life, active in community affairs, and mentors.
